the room lacked certain amenities. there was no shampoo available, which i found inconvenient (especially after a long day of travel). the toilet paper also seemed to be of noticeably poor quality, a detail i would not expect in a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the staff at the reception desk were always friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, especially since i wanted to be close to the city center and it was easy to access public transportation. the room was super clean, and the bed was very comfy (i slept soundly every night!).

the room was a bit warm, and i struggled to adjust the temperature despite trying the wall unit.

the room was spacious and well-kept, and it included a comfortable bed with quality linens. there was also sufficient space for luggage, and the work desk was functional. the bathroom included fresh towels.

the staff provided excellent service, especially at the front desk, where they answered all questions promptly. they were also very cute and provided helpful directions to nearby attractions. luggage storage was available after checkout.

The staff was super friendly, it really made a difference. The online check in saved a lot OF time. i was able to get into the room an hour early. as it was ready

The pillows were a bit too big for me PERSONALLY. That gave me a bad night's sleep. The shower was dirty, the walls had long curly brown hair. i have straight blonde hair. The lifts the morning of check out were slow.

the breakfast provided a fantastic choice. pastries were particularly delicious. the big king bed was very comfy. our towels were always replenished, SUCH a thoughtful service!

Controlling the temperature proved QUITE difficult. I often woke up feeling a bit too warm.
